They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome. They even took care of a seating issue at breakfast and removed the charge from our bill. The rooms were clean and a decent size, and the hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and train station. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and comfortable rooms.

Convenient location near train station and airport. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service. Onsite parking available at affordable rate. Rooms, although older, were comfortable. Walking distance to city center and dining options.👍

This hotel is conveniently located near the bus and train station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. It is also close to shopping areas and there are good riding gear shops within walking distance. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower is hot with great water pressure.
The breakfast options were limited and some items ran out when we arrived later in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the main train station in Dusseldorf, making it easy to access the city center and other attractions. The rooms at this hotel are comfortable and come with basic amenities such as satellite TV and a reasonably appointed bathroom. I particularly appreciated the attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered at this hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including options for vegetarians.
